General Information

NOTE: The facility and grounds are monitored by surveillance cameras.


  • Physical violence or threats of valence will not be tolerated. Violations will be dictate removal from the Program.
  • All residents will be required to attend all group meetings or scheduled reviews unless these meetings conflict with your normal work schedule. All meetings are mandatory. Exceptions must be approved by the Program Director.                                                             
  • All residents are to be out of bed not later than 7:00 AM with the exceptions of residents who have worked later shifts. A staff member will awaken any resident(s) who has requested that he/she is awakened until receipt of first paycheck, at which time they are required to purchase their own alarm clock.
  • Each resident is expected to keep his/her living area neat and clean. This means that each resident will make ump his/her own bed upon rising, see that his;her bed is clean. There is to be nothing stored under your mattress. There will be an inspection of living areas daily. In addition, each resident will be responsible for cleaning assigned common areas. The cleaning of these common areas will be assigned upon arriving at the Center, and should be completed in the AM before leaving the facility. No detergent is to be used on tiles, only clean water. Mops should be cleaned and hung on clips in closet.


  • A wardrobe cabinet is provided. Except for an electric alarm clock/radio, all other possession's area to be maintained inside the cabinet. The quantity of items maintained inside the wardrobe cabinet will be controlled in order to minimize overloading. Each resident will be restricted to the below listed items:       

                      Seven (7) pairs of pants
                      Seven (7) shirts
                      Ten    (10) sets of underwear
                      Three  (3) sets of workout clothes
                      Four    (4) coats/jackets                                                                              


       Footwear is to be kept on the top of your locker. Limit four (4) pairs per locker.
       No shoes are allowed to be stored on the floor under your bed.

       Failure to adhere to these directives will result in disciplinary actions being taken.

  • Residents are issued a securable locker which should remain locked at all times. You are responsible for your own valuables. Disciplinary action will be taken for failure to safeguard personal properity.                                                                                                                             
  • Eating food will be permitted ONLY in dining area and is NOT permitted in sleeping areas. Drinking beverages will be permitted in designated areas. (Dining Room & TV Lounge)
  • Residents will be responsible for paying for any property that is defaced, destroyed or lost.
  • Residents are to remain out of office areas when there are no staff members present. Residents will be reburied to knock before entering the office areas.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  • Residents may have approved visitors. Visitors are NOT allowed in the dormitory areas. Visiting is NOT allowed in parked cars. Designated areas are directly in front of main entrance, the front lobby and Dining Hall (other than meal hours.)

  • Redients are responsible for their guests. If a resident cannot control their visitors, they will not be permitted to return. Visitors are not allowed to bring cell phones or purses into the facility. All visitors may be subject to searches to control contraband.
       Approved visitors are those people on your visiting list as submitted at the time of intake orientation
  • Residents and their guests are not allowed to trespass on adjacent properties.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Any sale of property or services between resdients strictly prohibited (including taxi service.)                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  • Residents are allowed up to four hours per week for church services, including travel time.
      →†’ Extended church services will be reviewed by the Program Director on a case by case basis.
  • All residents are to be properly dressed outside of the dormitory. This includes shoes, shirt/trousers at all times. The wearing of revealing clothing is prohibited. This means that no tank tops or A-Line t-shirts are allowed in common areas. All residents are required to sleep in nightwear which is not revealing. Also, there is to be no pajamas worn in common areas. This rule is dictate in order to avoid any embarrassment on the part of the resident or staff when security checks are being conducted.                                                                                                               
  • Residents must obey the instructions of all staff members. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action. Any concerns or issues with staff is to be directed to your Case Manager or the Program Director.
  • Residents will be served meals at the posted times. Meals will not be served at other times unless authorized by the Director. The Dining Room will be closed except during meal hours and visiting hours.
  • Use of the telephone is limited to fifteen (15) minutes per call. Calls will not be made or received after 11:00 PM. NO COLLECT CALLS ARE TO BE ACCEPTED.
  • All doors to dormitories are to be kept closed at all times. Males and females are NOT allowed in each other's dorm for any reason.
  • Inappropriate interaction or physical contact with other participants in this Program is prohibited. This includes: kissing, hugging, or touching. Further inappropriate conduct will be determined by staff.
  • A laundry facility is provided for your use. Center Staff will dispense laundry detergent on

       Sundays ONLY.

      Use of laundry facility is prohibited after 11:00 PM.

      No  Shoes, sneakers, etc. are permitted in the dryer.

      No drying of items will be permitted on the exterior of the building or hanging from bunks

      and doors in the dorm area.     

  • Counseling: Residents will be free to ask their Case Manager questions regarding personal or family problems. When problems are too complex for personnel to deal with appropriate referrals will be made to community sources.
  • All residents are curfew to the facility between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Exceptions will be made for those residents who work later shifts. Residents who work second and thrid shifts are expected to report back to the Center immediately after work. All televisions, radios, dvd players, lights, etc., will be off by 1:00 AM. Radios and dvd players cannot be utilized in sleeping areas unless headphones are used. There will be periodic bed checks each night. No resident is allowed to come out of the dorm after 1:00 AM, unless it is an emergency or you are preparing to go to work, at which time your bunk should be made and your chores completed.
  • Possession of pornographic material on Cavalcorp Ltd Residential Reentry Center property is prohibited.
  • If you are arrested, stopped, questioned, or detained by any law enforcement agency, you must advise the Program Director immediately. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action. Acting in the capacity of an informant is strictly prohibited.
  • CAVALCORP LTD, is a smoke free environment. All tobacco products are to be used, outside, and disposed of in proper receptacles. All tobacco products are to be maintained at the front desk. Cigarettes or lighters found in your possession will be condiered as contraband.
  • The larger refrigerator is to be utilized for the storage of food catered to the Center only. Do not store anything you bring in yourself in it. Do not pick through the meals. You must take an entire meal -- not parts of the meals. One breakfast, dinner, and boxed lunch is supplied for each resident.
  • All food catered to the Center is microwavable and served on disposable dishes with disposable flatware. If you choose, you may bring your own set of dishes and flatware. The Center furnishes dishwashing detergent, however, you must store dishes and flatware in your locker. All personal items abandoned in common areas will be disposed of by staff. There are to be no knives brought into the facility.
  • DO NOT place anything metal or aluminum in the microwave. Food must be placed on a microwavable plate.
  • If you choose to use the disposable flatware, please dispose of any unused utensils. They come in a sealed sanitary package containing a knife, fork, and spoon.
  • A second refrigerator is provided for your use. You may keep small quantities of food (that you bring in to the Center) in it in a 6 quart container. This container must be labeled with your name and a staff member's signature. No food is to be stored in lockers for any reason. Food found in your locker will be considered as contraband.
  • No feather/unauthorized pillows or mattress pads are permitted in the Center. If you bring your own linens into the facility, they must be brand new.
  • No extension cords or power strips are permitted in the Center. All electrical appliances being introduced into the facility must be examined and approved by your Case Manager and listed as personal property from which is maintained in your file. These items must be labeled with your name and staff member approving the item.
  • No auto repairs are to be performed on Cavalcorp Property without approval of staff.
  • Residents will be charged for items issued by Cavalcorp and not returned to RRC at time of release.

  • Due to resident confidentiality situations that may arise no personally owned cameras, camcorders or ipads will be permitted in the facility, or on the facility grounds.                                                                                                                          
  • No hair or other personal hygiene grooming is to be done in the common areas.
  • If there is a disciplinary issue pending, there will be no other movement except for employment and religious series (limited to two (2) hours.)
  • The food supple (plates, cups, etc.) and coffees are for residents of the program only. These items are to be used only for Cavalcorp meals. If you bring in our own food, you are to provide your own plates, cups, utensils.
  • The use of post office boxes are prohibited.
  • No gum chewing is allowed in the facility or on the facility grounds. This includes your guest.
  • The use of profanity or abusive language by residents or their guests is prohibited. Profanity and abusive language will be determined by staff.
